Privacy Policy

There is no sign-up and no login. Nothing here asks for your name or contact details, and the save feature works inside your browser rather than on a server. What remains is visitor analytics, advertising cookies, and any email you choose to send us.

• Account details (name, date of birth, phone number, address)

• Payment information
• Sensitive data such as health conditions or medical history

There is no screen that asks for any of it. What you type into the search box is used to draw that page and is not stored.

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which articles are read and how often. Google sets cookies in the process and collects information such as the pages visited, time spent, approximate region, and device and browser type.

We look at this only in aggregate, never as individual visitors. Collection and processing are carried out by Google under Google's own privacy policy.

This site serves advertising through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and to other sites.

If you would rather not see personalised advertising, you can turn it off in Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). Personalised advertising from third-party vendors more broadly can be opted out of at aboutads.info. You may also block third-party cookies in your browser.

Saved ingredients, recently viewed ingredients and your light or dark display preference are recorded in your browser's local storage.

None of it is sent to a server. We cannot tell who saved what, and it does not follow you to another device. Clearing site data in your browser removes it immediately.

Some pages carry Coupang Partners affiliate links. Following one may let Coupang set its own cookies, and what happens after that is governed by Coupang's policy. If a purchase results we receive a commission, but we are not told who bought what.

If you send a correction or a comment by email, that address and message are used only to reply. Messages that need not be kept as a record of a change are deleted once handled. We do not pass them on or use them for advertising.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

In practice the only personal data we hold is email you have sent us. You may ask to see or delete it, and we will do so on request to the address below.

Rights relating to analytics and advertising cookies are exercised directly in Google's own settings.

When the content changes we update this page and the date above. For anything substantial we also note what changed.
